How Equity Vault Auctions Works

Plain English Overview (Read This First)

This is a short overview of how the Equity Vault Auctions platform works. It is not a substitute for the full EVA Bidder Terms & Conditions. 


1. Do Your Due Diligence First 

View the property and complete all inspections and due diligence before bidding.
Submit your Total Budget only after you are comfortable with the property and risks.

 

2. Enter the Maximum Amount You Wish to Invest 

 

Your bid must include both:

  • the sales price paid to the seller, and

  • the Equity Vault Auctions (EVA) Buyer Premium of 4.5% (combined total).

All bids are binding and cannot be withdrawn once submitted.
You will not be charged unless you are selected as the winning bidder.

3. How the Seller Chooses a Winner 

The seller selects a winning bid based on net-to-seller and other factors, at the seller’s sole discretion.

4. If You Are Selected as the Winning Bidder 

Your bid obligates you to pay the Buyer Premium if selected as the winning bid.
A binding real estate sale occurs only if and when a written Sale Agreement is signed by both buyer and seller.
